With over a decade of experience in the building systems and energy services industries, Mr. Thompson has a history of working with customers to overcome complex challenges and develop financially beneficial solutions that positively impact their bottom line. His holistic view of the customer-direct relationships that drive high impact solutions allow him to act as a consultant to customers, while positioning Southland Energy as a valued partner for energy services projects. Throughout his career, which spans over a total of 20 years, his achievements have also included developing best practice models for varying levels of sales interactions and managing and training successful sales teams.
Mr. Thompson received a bachelor’s degree in English literature from the University of Illinois and remains active within industry organizations such as APPA (for leadership in educational facilities), the American Society of Healthcare Engineering, the Society of American Military Engineers, and the US Green Building Council.
