With more than 10 years of experience in the energy services industry, he has an intimate knowledge of the federal acquisition process for engineering, construction, and technical services and government energy policies, as well as the federal contracting processes and energy savings program. His expertise in business development for energy services, project management and execution, as well as energy management and technical solutions has ultimately added value to clients’ projects like Fort Riley and Fort Hunter-Liggett.
He received a bachelor’s degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, as well as a master’s degree in engineering from the University of Texas, Austin, and in national security strategy from the National Defense University in Washington, DC. He participates in many industry organizations including the Society of American Military Engineers, Project Management Institute, Energy Services Coalition, and Army Engineer Association.
